REFUND POLICY

RETURNS AUTHORISATION

IMPORTANT: Customers must contact support@suppsxtreme.com before returning any item.

Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted or processed.

Once a return request has been approved, SuppsXtreme will provide the correct authorised return address and return instructions.

Please do not send returns to:

  • invoice addresses

  • supplier addresses

  • virtual office addresses

  • any address not specifically provided by SuppsXtreme support

RETURNS

Due to the nature of sports nutrition and consumable products, we can only accept returns on items that are:

  • unopened

  • unused

  • sealed in their original packaging

  • returned within 14 days of delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used supplements unless the product is faulty or damaged.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-refundable unless faulty:

  • opened supplements

  • used products

  • damaged items caused after delivery

  • products returned without original packaging

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-faulty items, including unwanted or incorrectly ordered products.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as SuppsXtreme cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

If the return is due to:

  • a faulty item

  • incorrect item sent

  • damaged goods

SuppsXtreme will cover reasonable return shipping costs where appropriate.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive:

  • a damaged item

  • incorrect product

  • missing item

please contact support@suppsxtreme.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photographs of the issue

  • a description of the problem

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS

Once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided, SuppsXtreme is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after delivery. However, we will always try to assist where possible.

CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD

We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks and may provide order, tracking, IP and delivery evidence to payment providers where necessary.
